Sitting hours for a normal body should not be more than 4 hours:
Physicians from Australia state that the sitting hours for a normal healthy body should not be more than 4 hours. According to them more than this may lead to diabetes or other diseases of blood caused by unusual body pressure. Emma George, in the charge scale of research under The University of Western Sydney, approved this theory. According to her it is proven by research that sitting hours of a normal human body if more than required results in decreased body movements and hence a low blood circulation. Such people are more liable to chronic diseases. Moreover, she said that this research is basically done according to the lifestyle of office community or people who have to do excessive driving. In her opinion, people who have offices to attend may improve their health by taking naps or short walks during their work.
